I engaged Kaamwalibais.com for a full-time live-in maid service based on clearly defined requirements that were acknowledged and accepted by the agency prior to payment. The agency committed to providing trained, suitable candidates and assured replacements within ** hours in case of issues.
However, despite multiple attempts and replacements, the agency failed to provide even a single candidate aligned to the agreed requirements. Candidates supplied were either unfit, untrained, or demonstrated repeated issues such as indiscipline, excessive phone usage during work hours, absenteeism, and violation of basic household rules. Some candidates left within days, causing continuous disruption.
These concerns were repeatedly escalated via email and calls over several months, but no effective resolution or suitable replacement was provided. Instead, the agency delayed responses, failed to honour its commitments, and attempted to push for contract renewal without resolving the ongoing service deficiencies.
This constitutes clear deficiency in service, failure of consideration, and breach of agreed commitments. I have therefore terminated engagement and requested a full refund, which the agency has refused.
