Subject: Request for Refund Due to Deficiency in Service
Complaint:
I enrolled at VLCC Institute, Pune, in July and paid a total fee of ₹**,*** (₹*,*** deducted monthly). Due to health issues, I requested a transfer to the Hyderabad institute.
Despite multiple emails, I have not received any official email confirmation. I was only informed via WhatsApp that the transfer may be possible by *–* December. I provided a **-hour written timeline for official confirmation, which has expired, and even after an additional ** hours, there has been no response.
The transfer has been pending since September, and I am being asked repeatedly for updates day by day without any resolution. This is a clear deficiency in service.
I am requesting the initiation of my refund at the earliest.
