Trinity Eye Hospital Palakkad - Deficiency in medical service

I had visited Trinity Eye Hospital, Palakkad on **th Jan. **** morning at *** am as I had blurring in my eyes. I was checked by the Doctor and advised to take a scan of my retina for Rs. *,*** and buy medicine for Rs. ***. I was checked by * personnel for my glass power and they couldn’t tell me why my vision is not clear. On checking in another hospital they immediately told me it is cataract and need surgery. Nobody in Trinity told me that I have cataract causing me unnecessary waste of time and money. The whole day I had to wait there for * days for the tests.
