Below is the list of issues faced:
*. One of the main concerns is that I am not comfortable in asking questions as the response of the teacher is more of cross questioning. If the student cannot ask questions, then the whole purpose of taking coaching is defeated. One such situation happened on Aug **st where I asked a question as I was not clear with the concept. I couldn't understand the response and therefore I asked my question again. I was told to do self research and submit which I found strange because if student needs to do research why does he pay for coaching then.
*. Another concern is their lack of accepting feedback and just justifying the answer. In the very first class, I faced the problem of viewing the screen when teaching. Candidate's email comes across the screen which makes it difficult to concentrate. Response provided was if others have no problem why you have. Also, the teacher told that he has studied in tougher situations where TV was on. So, if student was to study such things doesn't matter. If I am paying such a heavy amount, I expect decent screen viewing. But I adjusted and didn't follow up with my request.
*. Thirdly, teaching is not as per sequence of chapters in the books. I didn't raise this point as they aren't receptive to questions/feedback.
*. Sessions are supposed to happen from *pm to *pm on weekends. The session always starts ** to ** mins late and mostly finishes before *pm.
*. The response is not collaborative and feedback is not accepted. It is more of justification. When I requested that I cannot continue due to my concerns and return my money after deducting the services recieved, they denied. On telling them that I will approach Consumer forum, the response was to go ahead.
*. Another concern is lack of recorded session available to student as per his convenience. I was informed before enrolling that recorded session will be available. However, this wasn't informed that it will be as good as live session where the student will have to sit for full session.
*. The last concern is no one has reached me to understand my concern and talk to me after raising it. Their representatives used to follow up for enrolling earlier. But after paying no calls. This means they are only bothered about money and it's a business for them.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
