Unilet Appliances Private Limited - deficiancy in service

I would like to bring the following for your kind perusal
*. We have purchased Bosch dish washer machine model SMS**L**IN/** from M/s Unilet Appliances Private Limited, #*/* * ft Road,Kathri guppe, BSK *rd Stage, Bangalore-****** on **/*/**** at a cost of Rs **,***/-. Vide Ref no BSK *** dt **/*/****.
*. During the purchase the agency offered extended warranty for * years at a cost of Rs ****/-
*. The product was delivered on **/*/****.
*. A per the T&C, the extended warranty cover commences on expiration of Manufacturer’warranty period and is for a period mentioned in the service contract. In consideration of the service contract fee paid, M/s Unilet has to provide cost of repair for the covered product.
*. The dish washer failed on ** nd Nove **** and M/s Unilet was requested to attend the same.
*. A technician was sent on **/**/**** to attend the problem and the same was attended by One Mr Laxman from Team G Solutions Pvt Limited.
*. The technician demanded payment of Rs ***/- as service charges. It was told that as the product is under extended warranty the service should be provided free of cost.
*. The technician told that he is not aware of the warranty and he is not from M/s Unilet, he inisisted for payment. M/s Unilet was contacted at the same time and it was told to pay and the same will be reimbursed by Unilet
*. M/s unilet was contacted and it was told to make payment and send the bill and job card to Unilet and the amount will be reimbursed later.
**. Hence payment was made to technician and the bill and the jobcard was forwarded to Unilet.
**. But even after one month and repeated follow-up with the respective persons, the amount is not been reimbursed.
**. In this regard a mail was sent to Unilet requesting for reimbursement else to refund the amount collected for extended warranty.
**. But till today there is no response from the firm . I am regularly in touch with the following persons of Unilet and they are telling that my request along with bills has been forwarded to their account section. But till today no payment has been made.
**. It appears that M/s Unilet is not interested in making reimbursement.
Under the above circumstances it clearly shows that M/s Unilet has not interested in honouring the extended warranty for which they have collected Rs ****/-
Hence I kindly request consumer forum to advise the agency to reimburse the service charges Or to cancel the extended warranty by returning the amount of Rs ****/ collected for extended warranty.

In support of the complaint, I am enclosing the following documents.
a) Original receipt of purchase indicating the amount paid for extended warranty,
b) Bill for Rs ***/- collected by Techician after attending the problem.
c) Job card provided by the technician.
d) Copy of the mail sent to M/s Unilet. Mail has been sent to mail address printed on the bill
