Great Eastern Trading Co - Defficiency in Service

I bought a samsung side by side fridge, with model number RS**R****SL (***litres) on October *st, ****. The fridge stopped working on its own on the **th of December and it remained shut down for about ** days and the only information provided to me was that the parts arent available. My fridge broke down again on the *st of july **** and I filed a complaint with Id No. ***************** and it has been a week without any update and I am being told that the parts are not available again. I request for a replacement of the fridge as it is faulty and has been a constant problem.
