Nykaaman - Deferent product received

I have order mi trimmer *c model **jan**** and **jan received. I have open the box and see that the product was defferent for I have ordered and back side box cut Mark presant and proper placed transparent tap and I have complain nykaaman costumer cair and register complain. I got a mail for nykaa too shear image's
I have reply and shear image's and product box image received my order I'd is NYK-*********-******* and complain ticket number ************ nykaa didn't call for that time
