Micheal Kors - Defective watch was sent to me but now Myntra is not accepting my return

I ordered a Micheal Kors MK-**** watch. On receiving the product I noticed that the strap had stains and was fading in colour and the packaging of the watch was not even done properly and was just left inside the box without support.
The backside of the watch claims to be a MK-****I watch.

I applied for return the same day after receiving the parcel within a few minutes and even after calling them everyday they are saying quality check has failed and there’s nothing they can do about it.

Why should I keep a damaged watch with me in spite of paying such an amount. They claim to have done a quality check
But the watch and packaging clearly looks damaged with stain and mark.
