Lg washing machine throigh Croma - Defective Washing Machine

I hereby put across my complaint regarding a LG Washing Machine Front Load Model No FHV****ZWP * kg purchased from Croma Show Room in AS Rao Nagar Hyderabad on ** Oct ** for an amount of Rs *****. The machine initially failed on ** May ** and was repaired by LG service person provided through Croma. Subsequently it failed number of times and filed a number of complaints through Croma on ** Jun, ** Jun, ** Jun and ** Jul **. For all these complaints the response has been poor or the service rep comes to replace some parts or the other. Many a time valuable clothes got stuck in in the machine and got damaged irrecoverably. A loss of Rs *****/- is estimated towards the cumulative damage to clothes, besides the harassment to a serving soldier who has been travelling across the country on official duty and thus trouble and harassment to the family due to failure of such home appliances get multiplied. As is evident I lost total trust on the Croma and LG service and confidence on the machine. It may be noted that the machine has not been properly working for last ** days. I request your intervention to take necessary action to Croma to replace the machine with a more robust and reliable brand and compensate for the loss duebto damaged clothes, nonavailability of washing machine for nearly two months and mental and physical harassment.
