Wish to complain about Bajaj Pulsar ***F (UP**GS****) that I purchased on ** October **** in Kanpur from YCS Bajaj Showroom.

I am complaining because the Motorbike had problems since Day one, the engine had a Missing issue, the Engine Light Lits up after every *** -*** km, the fuel sensor doesn't work properly and as well the Rear brakes make a Sound, etc. over and above they have tried everything but the motorbike still have issues and when I tried reaching out to the owner Mr.Kunwar Seth, he instead of resolving my issue gave me an Unprofessional Response of which I still have the recording wherein he clearly says that do whatever you could but I am not going to exchange the vehicle and post this response over a call I made a Complaint in National Consumer Helpline( Docket no. *******) thinking that I will get some relief but Alas! Didn't get anything from there.
I complaint at PMO to vide Registration :
PMOPG/E/****/******* wherein again an NCH complaint was raised by an Official Appointed which was closed with No reply from the company Docket No. *******

I tried complaining Against them Online as well through E-Dakhil but my Application was continuously rejected because of a reason that I was filing a case on my own by getting an Affidavit from a lawyer which actually made me feel Hopeless and Helpless.

I tried making a case Against them to file it to Consumer court but came across that Consumer Court is not Active here in Kanpur i.e. No one sits here and above that, there was no one ( A Lawyer) who I shall reach out to, to file a case against them parallelly the Lawyers are Asking for a fees of **-**k
How justifiable was this is out of my Mind.

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted the Showroom Manager Mr. Devashish on ** October **** and post that many times to him and then to the company Owner Mr. Kunwar Seth as well, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because I have bought the bike with my hard-earned money paying them a huge amount of *.* lacs and they are not even taking the responsibility to change the defective vehicle that they have delivered.

Since day one I faced the issue and when the motorbike was with them for close to ** days from * November **** to ** November **** because it stopped Starting and during the same period they changed the Entire Wiring of the vehicle without even informing of the same as they knew that it was there defect that they have delivered and they were covering it up and since the beginning.
