I got the delivery of my OLA S* Air on **th June ****. Registration number:- PB**EV**** The scooter which I got has manufacturing defect in it. As its handle is not turning properly to left side It's difficult in making U-turn. I asked the service centre to replace my scooter on the day i got delivery but they said me that it's just a minor fault we will repair it. It's been * month now and my defect is not repaired at all. I made all the payment in advance. And in return what i get a damaged peice. It is a very bad experience for me. I spent my hard earned savings on this scooter. I visited service centre they just opened my vehicle and took a video of it. And said me that they will sent it to backend but it's been many days now my scooter is not exchanged..

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
