Mi 32 led tv Horizon Model - Defective TV having software issue is delivered

I have already logged complains *-* times in MI service center indicating that TV doesnot power off in single click, it takes *-* clicks. Changes remote twice, motherboard once yet the issue remains the same. Laslty at MI service center they said that "this is the feature of the TV, and it comes with all the models. once conected with setup box user needs to press power off button */*/* times" . This reason is completly bullshit because once we pair the remote or reset TV everything works properly * day and from next day again same. If MI is producing such defective set of model then change this model. it is being several months and no resolutioin is brought. it doesnot make any sense if *A horizon addition is having this prblem, they should replace with other stable model
