Agustya Eicher Trucks And Buses Dealer - Defective truck or no service

I had bought an Eicher truck from Agustya Eicher Truck dealer on **/**/**** and it hasn’t been * years , my truck’s engine broke down on **/**/** and my driver had left it to be serviced at Eicher service center chikkabalapur and it’s been ** days since then , there’s been no response from Agustya Eicher dealer nor the Eicher service center, Agustya company has sold me an defective truck with engine issues. I want a new truck as compensation and the Eicher needs the pay the loss I have incurred since my truck broke down.
