AlphaVector India Private Limited - Defective Treadmill Delivered No Resolution Despite Multiple Complaints

I purchased a treadmill from NINETY ONE Cycles (Outdoors**), owned by AlphaVector (India) Private Limited, which was delivered on **rd March ****.

From day one, the product was non-functional. I reported the issue on **th March and had a video call with the technician, who assured a visit within ** hours. However, no one visited on time, and I had to continuously follow up.

After multiple delays, a technician finally visited on *st April and confirmed that the PCB of the treadmill was burnt, indicating a manufacturing defect.

The product was also delivered in poor packaging, with a damaged box and without proper protection like bubble wrap, which shows negligence in handling.

Shockingly, without my consent or approval, the company sent a replacement PCB for repair instead of addressing the issue through proper replacement or refund. I clearly communicated that I do not want a repair for a defective product delivered on day one.

Despite repeated follow-ups, I received only template email responses and no proper resolution. The service team also started ignoring my calls after some time. When calling from another number, they answered, which shows intentional avoidance.

I was also misled by the sales representative regarding product specifications and was convinced to purchase from their website instead of platforms like Flipkart/Amazon with the promise of better service, which turned out to be false.

Even after escalating the issue to the grievance and nodal teams and filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, no resolution has been provided.

I have complete proof, including invoice, email communication, call recordings, and photos.

This is a clear case of defective product delivery, poor service, and unfair trade practices.

I request:

* Immediate replacement of the product OR full refund
* Compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused
