I bought a Titan analog women watch from Paytm on **th september ****,it got delivered on **th september ****. The watch is not working and neither it is covered under warranty . It is july **** manufactured and titan watches have one year warranty. Paytm customer executive has declined to get the product returned. I want to return this product and get my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
