My complain to Zero B team
Dear Zero b Team,
This mail is to inform and complain reg defective piece of softener installed at my Home in Dehradun, Copy of invoice is attached for ready reference. The Unit model no and other details are also mentioned in attached invoice.
Reg complain, right from the date of installation , i have been requesting Zero b team to demonstrate that unit is functioning as desired and as promised by sales team. But Unit is not softening the water to the specified levels as committed by you sales team. Many visits from your service team after installation happened on my complain and we tried to trouble shoot the issue but the issue still persists and all efforts went in vein.
Pl refer copy of my complain on **th April **** ( Right after** days after supply and the installation, copy of WhatsApp msg to Zero B team attached) wherein i was tired after repeated complains of the unit and i requested your team to either replace defective unit else pl take it out of my house as it is not functioning the way it should. But every time i was assured that it will function. Pl note that we are not living in Dehradun regularly but whenever we come , we complain but no heed is given on our complain rather we are forced to accept that unit is functional to its intended purpose without any data or tests. None of the time it is proved with water tests that it is softening the water and functioning the way it was promised.
Pl also see my latest complain on **th Oct (Copy Attached) wherein i again complained reg its malfunctioning , your team visited but didn't test the water rather informed that its some part is defective and it is to be changed , for which we have to make payment of Rs ***** app and was also forced to take AMC for Rs ***** which i did not agree as unit is defective right from the date of its installation and there is no question of taking AMC of a defective unit.
I , therefore , expect a prompt response from your end and request to either replace the unit with new one or else refund the money and take the unit back.
