I,purchased two spects with eyeglasses for myself and my wife both senior citizens, from shop no **/** of Lenscart at Sector-*, Kharghar ,Navi Mumbai.Left side temples and hinges were very stiff and did not fold properly since begining.Sh Ritesh stores incharge told us that in begining such problem crops up but after persistent use it will become normal. After one month again I,took spect to stores and he repaired it. After every quarter such problem again persists and he kept spect for one day and returned after repair but did not replace inspite of our insistence.On */*/** I, again had same problem but now he told that it is broken from hinges and cant be replaced as membership has been expired on **th July.
