Imagine Marketing Limited or boAt company - Defective sound bar

I recently purchased a boAt Aavante Bar ****DA from Imagine Marketing Limited (boAt) through Flipkart. For the first few weeks it worked well, but later it developed a power issue—the soundbar completely switched off and has not turned on since. I contacted the company’s customer service and filed a complaint (Ticket No. ********). A technician visited once and mentioned that some parts were missing, assuring me he would return once he received them, but he never came back. When I raised the complaint again, customer service initially said they would look into the matter, but later cancelled my complaint claiming I hadn’t answered their call, even though I never received any call from them.
