Bought smart watch. It got defective within * month. They picked up and sent the watch after repair. It is still having same issues. Now again they picked up and said that they will be re-delivering a new watch. It has been ** days, they have not done and their customer care is not replying to mail, whatsapp, their number doesn't get connected
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
