Skycut - Defective Skycut Vinyl Cutter Delivered by Om Trading India Pahargunj New Delhi

I am J V R Sharma, enquired for a Vinyl Cutter in the market. I was inclined to go for Cameo * Pro a US make cutter. One sales girl from Skycut.in contacted me on whatsapp on *th Feb **** and suggested to go for Skycut make cutter as it is faster. I was inclined to go for cameopro * from USA as it is built with Bluetooth. She said Skycut has an optional Wifi module at an additional cost and they are the Authorized Distributors for Skycut in India and if I buy from them I will get good support from them. Exhibit *, * *nd * indicate their ad on internet as an authorized distributor for Skycut. On *th Feb **** she sent me a quotation Exhibit *. I agreed to buy on **th Feb **** and remitted the money online. exhibit * and exhibit *. I alo ordered a few vinyl sheets as per their exhibit *. Total bill was Rs **,***. She sent the scanned copy of their firm visiting card also. Exhibit **. Exhibit * is the receipt of Tirupathi Couriers through which they have booked the material. I received the parcel in the night on **th Feb **** at my house. I wanted to check the system before delivering to school. On **th to my disappointment the machine on switching on did not connect to internet through wifi. I sent a video of my failure to connect through exhibit *. I informed Rakhi immediately. In the meanwhile Deepak Guptha said to be the owner of the agency said hello on whatsapp. Rakhi said their technician Sachin will help me to resolve the issue. On **th I did not go to School and remained at home to solve the issue with cutter. Sachin made a whatsapp video call and in the process made me to open the bottom * screws of the machine reach the motherboard of the machine, take out and replace the wifi module, take out the glue on the connectors and refix it etc for almost two hours. When he could not solve the issue he brought into picture his senior Jathin Guptha. He also made me all these excercises again and found no use. Thy were trying to blame each other as to how the machine which is defective is sent out of the shop and that too from Delhi to Bangalore.
I was informing the goings to Deepak Guptha, the owner of the agency. On **nd Feb **** I sent him the video of bottom open machine and separated wifi module through exhibits ** and **. I said the machine is in bottom open state. He said his people are not knowledgeble to set right. He will suggest what to do by evening after contacting his people at office. He also said that he is leaving to China that evening and may not be in town for few days. So even if it is late he will solve the issue before leaving to china. He did not respond to me after that . I sent a message to him as to what happened. He asked me to talk to him on *rd March as he is returning on that day. Jathin called me and said he is waiting for instructions from Deepak.
On *rd March **** I sent a message to Deepak as where the matter stands. He said he will check the machine at his office in Delhi and I have to transport to Delhi at my risk and responsibility. If any damage occurs he will not take responsibility. I said he can deliver a working machine and collect back his machine through courier agent. He remained silent and never replied. I supect some thing went wrong at his office and he is trying to avoid the responsibility and honouring the warranty given in the bill for one year. He is clearly shirking the responsibility and if I really send the machine by courier, he is likely to say the machine spoiled in transport and escape. I will be left with no proof in hand.
I asked him to refund the amount and collect back his machine. No reply from him. I consider this case is a fit case to be called an online fraud.
