On ** Oct **** from *am to **:** am I was not able to place any order or exit my current position that I took in F&O section due to which I incurred huge losses. I was not even able to place the new order and cover my exiting position from which the losses got enhanced.
I wanted to quit my existing position at the market open and take a cover and recover the losses. I tried placing order with web application , mobile application and also tried calling customer support multiple time there was no response and also calls were not picked.
I had enough money in my ledger in cash and also satisfied all the margin requirements as per the SEBI guidance.
I just saw my hard earned money melting down doing nothing. And finally when I was able to place the order at around *pm on NOV-**-**** the damage has already done. Who is responsible for the money that I had lost due to the poor service. By just saying we regret to the inconvenience caused and we had a technical glitch it's been repaired won't get my lost money back.
I have also attached the required snapshot and also the snap shot of the trade.
I need an explanation and refund for the money that I have lost also the compensation for the trauma that I had went through due to defective service.
