Savera saree Guwahati - Defective Saree received twice

I purchased a Saree from Savera Saree, Guwahati in the month of November. I received unfinished saree. The dori work and patch work were completely unfinished hence I approached the shop to refund the amount or an option to exchange but as per their so called " policy" they do not provide exchange or refund whatsoever even if the item is damaged. The store people told they would do the finishing and deliver fresh product. After *-* weeks I went to the shop to collect the Saree & guess what the saree had unfinished dora and patch yet again plus a small cut in between. I asked them to refund the amount but they vehemently refused and instead issued a credit note!

Ipurchased total * sarees from them & the bill amount was *****/- . Atleast out of gesture, they should have refunded the amount for the defective ones.

Needless to say, the shop owner was soo disrespectful and mannerless so as his store staffs. I generally do not write such reviews or file a complain but because of the misbehavior, my inner self had to do this!
