I have purchased Reliant Aqua R O from Regional office B-** Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow ****** on dt**-**-****. On **-**-**** the machine-made firing sound and stopped working. On complaining to the office they checked and found several components burned. Within a span of only * months, it damaged and the agency denying to replace it. I further talked to their head office at Noida on **-**-**** at *:** pm but they also denied to replace the product.
I am a senior citizen and contaminated water can harm my health. Kindly help me with justice.
