I have purchased iPhone *S, ** GB on Snapdeal. The product was delivered on **/**/**. The product received is a defective and refurbished product. The accessories charger, earphones and touchpad all are not original the same was confirmed by Apple service centre. The issue was raised to Snapdeal. They are not responding and the customer care number is not working. Please raise a complaint.
