I bought gardening tools from this site. The products felt like second hand items, poorly wrapped and having problems like rust at handle and pitting on can lid. The items were of low quality and different than showed on the website.
When I reported the issue the folks at nurserylive avoided my problem for around * days. My mails were ignored and I managed to get a reply after messaging on Facebook. Even after that I had to remind them constantly to which the team conveniently answered that the products were fine, even after sending them pics and explaining the issue around ** times.
I wasted my time, effort and money from this site and they don't care about the products they deliver. A completely exhausting and disappointing experience while dealing with the people from this website.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
