Shoe Universe - Defective product

Sir, I bought one ladies shoe on */*/**** from Shoe Universe Prive, Srinagar. The sole of the shoe came out within the first week of purchase. I went back to the retailer, who promised to repair the shoe by sending it to the manufacturer. I collected the shoe after a gap of nearly two weeks that too after repeated reminders to the shoe store.
Within a week while I was at work the sole again came off. Since I had to go out for an urgent client meeting I took the shoe to the cobbler sitting near my office. I was taken aback when the cobbler informed me that he only had repaired my shoe last time I had given it for repair in the shop. The dealer had told me a lie that the shoe had been sent to the manufacturer for a comprehensive check-up and repair.
Next day after the client meeting Iwent to the store and told them the complete story and request them to replace my shoe or refund the money they started making excuse that now since I have got my shoe repaired from outside the warranty is not valid.
When i told them the complete incident including the urgency of work for which I was going the retailer refused ti help in any way.
I request you to please help me get a full refund of the money spent by me along with Rs **** as harassment charges.
