I ordered velvet face hair remover through cod process which was delivered on ** dec **** and i got a already used and defective one. The switch is not turning on,i send so many emails to sugarcomb as there is no other option to contact them bt i didnt gt a single rply from them.I feel cheated.i want to return the product and want my money back.pls tell me the process to return it...dnt buy anything from sugarcomb
