Dairymilk silk - Defective product with insects

The product was totally damage.. There was fly on silk and total area was contaminated. We cannot eat any part..
It's not about money.. I get it replaced from shop where I purchased..but it's about the love for chocolate which is broken.. seeing that I will not be able to have silk in my life.. please make good product
