techtonics in - Defective product sent

I had ordered a SMPS from www.techtonics.in on **th November ****. The order was delivered on **th November. The product was defective on arrival and was of no use. I have written to the company and made several phone calls, however the have a standard answer stating "you will get an email by evening" for the replacement. Till date they have not reverted. They only have a * day replacement / return window.
