https theshirtmen in - Defective Product Reveived

So I had ordered a combo of three shirts on *th October from this website and they were selling various kind of premium looking shirts at a price of *** (whatever the size or whichever combo you choose). I had selected COD to be on the safer side and today that is on **th Oct I received my order. After paying and opening the order what I see is some sort of old shirts which are not even close to what I had ordered. And now the site is down so there is no way to return and I am stuck with this and have therefore lost my ***rs. And when I searched about it now on youtube it is already mentioned that the site is fake and many people have lost their valuable money. Would love to get some help on this matter which will not only benefit me but the thousands of other people who have been scammed by these people.
