Urbn - Defective Product Recieved Multiple Times

I got a used unit at first..then got the first inti repalced to my places in * days nd delivered when i left my place already. Now opening the box after * week i found the replaced unit in worse condition. Something feel like always moving inside the unit and making sound when u move the power bank. Serious issue in quality control. Now i cant replace the unit via amazon..and on the company provided card no one responds to my query. Waste of money.
After raising multiple emails for * months all i got again was a defective unit.
