VOLTAS VISICOOLER GT 450 SD P METALLIC GRY - Defective Product received

Sir, on dtd. **.**.****, i had purchased a visicooler from Raj electronics, Balasore, in the time of unboxing by the authorised engineer it is revealed that the visicooler is not working properly, so the engineer told me to lodge a complaint, after * days a new engineer came and repair the same. In the meantime a new defect arise that the LED STRIP started blinking and partially not in function. After that i have lodge another complain regarding same but till now Balasore service center failed to comply my issue, in fact they did not respond my call most of the time (call history attached). Its been * months that i have faced many challenges to solve this issue. Its my blunder that i have such rubbish product.
