I have ordered Magic Mirror from https://www.hmgbox.com to gift my partner on Feb ** ****. I have got this site from Instagram and redirected to a WhatsApp number **********. While ordering the product the person is kept on insisting me to pay the amount of ***/-. I tried asking the quality and the details. But that person keeps on saying to pay first and send the payment screenshot. I did the payment via imps. Then they accepted the order. I received the product on Feb ** and happily gifted to my partner. But after opening the product I totally disappointed. It was not functioning. I immediately contacted the same WhatsApp number and I haven't got a proper response. The cable provided in that product is not even connected. As per his advice in WhatsApp, I even tried with batteries. But no luck. I have clearly explained all these things to him via WhatsApp and asked for a replacement. But all he said is: we need unpacking video. I didn't know that to take unpack video. While order discussion via WhatsApp, he only insists me to pay the money. He didn't guide me to read their terms and conditions. But after I complain about the defected product, he is saying we need unpack video and keep on saying 'read terms and conditions'. I contacted even today. They said the same. I am totally frustrated and I need value for my money. Kindly help me with this.
