Wings lifestyle myntra - Defective product received

I have ordered a wings techno TWS from myntra and received the package on **th may ****. When I unboxed the package, found the right side tws sounding defective and I informed myntra about that defective product within ** mins of unboxing. And myntra's costumer executive denied me to return the product and refered me to contact Wings lifestyle costumer care. And when I informed wings lifestyle costumer care executive about the defective product they also denied to receive the product under warranty. And soon I filed a complaint against againest wings lifestyle through myntra support. Then I got a call from wings executive on next day of unboxing n they said me to return that package to their pick up boy to repair or replace the defective product, and also they promised me to deliver that Repaired/Replaced TWS with in ** days. And after some days the pick up boy called me and I hand over that package to pick up boy and he checked the complete package n product n approved my product pick up. It's already been * months But I didn't get any information about my product till now. I don't want the product because I have ordered another TWS from another brand n I am happy with that TWS so I want refund. Please help me to resolve my issue.
