MY NAME IS DEEPAK GOYAL I PURCHASED LENOVO IDEAPAD SLIM * LAPTOP MODEL SERIAL NUMBER PF*YTJ** FROM VIJAY SALES PATEL NAGAR DELHI STORE. FROM *ND DAY OF PURCHASE I STARTED FACING ISSUES IN LAPTOP AND RAISED COMPLAINT FOR HANGING, BATTERY AND MOTHER BOARD ISSUES TO VIJAY SALES AND LENOVO THEN *ST TIME MY CASE GENERATE BY LENOVO I ASK FOR NEW LAPTOP REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS THE PROBLEM WAS OCCURED ON *ND DAY OF PURCHASE BUT LENOVO TEAM REQUEST ME TO GIVE THEM CHANCE FOR REPAIR AND I SAID YES FROM THEN NOW ITS ** TH TIME I AM GETTING CONTINUOUS SEVERAL ISSUES IN SYSTEMS LIKE BATTERY, HANGING, SHOCK, MOTHERBOARD. OPERATING SOFTWARE , TECHNICAL ISSUES, ETC MANY ISSUE CANT BE TELL IN NUMBER TILL NOW MORE THAN ** TIMES ENGINEER VISITED MANY PARTS REPLACED * TIMES WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED BUT MY ISSUES WERE NOT RESOLVED STILL I ASKED EVERYTIME FOR NEW LAPTOP REPLACEMENT OR REFUND BUT EVERYTIME REFUSED BY VIJAY SALES AND LENOVO NOW ITS **TH TIME AND I AM GET MENTALLY HARASSED NOW ITS ENOUGH NOW I WANT TO RETURN THIS LAPTOP AND WANT MY FULL REFUND MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY MY ALL FOLLOWING LENOVO COMPLAINT CASE NUMBERS ARE AS FOLLOWS RAISED TILL NOW FROM DATE OF PURCHASE ARE FOLLOWING ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** **********
