Dear Blinkit Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with my recent order (Order ID: ORD***********). I ordered a Boldcare Masterstroker, but the product I received is defective and has a sticky texture, making it unusable for me.
Since the product is not in a usable condition, I kindly request a refund for this order. I will mention my mobile number in the email before sending.
Please let me know the next steps to process the refund or if you require any additional details from my side.
