Sir/madam, I ordered a led tv with OrderID: OD****************** on flipkart.com with a ** days replacement/return policy. They delivered and installed a defective product. I immediately approached them by call and social media. Even after a week time they are simply postponing the resolution. I am afraid that they are doing that to cross the ** day replacement policy thereby making me to keep that defective product. I request you to please take action and make them to either provide a replacement or take that product back.
