I ordered a Lehanga Online through a Instagram account known as Ladies Fadion World. They accepted COD. The amount was paid in Cash on Delivery of the product. Before ordering the product the accepted refund of entire amount in case the product is defective.

I opened the package and the product was very different and their are many beats missing and quality of product is also not good. I messaged the seller he/she asked me to Share the pic of product and they agreed that someone will come and pick the product and refund will be processed..

Now the seller is not picking up my calls or replying...
