Aero Smith - Defective Product From Aero Smith

Purchased this water filter on **th July,**** and till date **th July,**** it stopped working for * TIMES.I have raised request all the time and they said senior technician will come and see and again same thing happened.Last time it stopped working on **th April,**** and they could not come till **th June due to lock down and when they fixed it they said it will be ok now but again on **th July,**** it stopped working.I have said them countless times that this is a defective product please replace/refund everytime they said we are escalating the issue but nothing helped.finally I have to take this path to complain this fraud company AEROSMITH and their defective product.Please help.
