The dress which I got is different in color and design. It’s torn from a side. Unequal dress length with drooping of one side of flare. . Not suitable for wearing.
I tried reaching and complaining on website, email, WhatsApp, insta but no response. Is this the way they deal with customers. No acknowledgment of complaint also. They are In responsive
