KELVINATOR - DEFECTIVE PRODUCT DELIVERED

I have ordered Kelvinator AC and installed it on **th September. Within * Days AC stopped giving cooling and the Service Engineer from Reliance visited and informed he rectified the issue. But on the same day AC stopped working again. So the next day, the Service Person told us that the Compressor unit was found faulty, so he will escalate the issue. But afterwards, since for * days no communication from Reliance and the local Team lead of customer care also disconnected my call, I escalated the issue to their customer care via Email by addressing their CEO and head of Customer Care. But from them no response but received dummy response Emails which are of no use. Today one guy called me and asked me to wait for another one week to receive the spare item and he also now is not attending my calls. I have a ** month old kid who is not able to sleep peacefully at night since I have now moved from Tirunelveli to Villianur for my work. In the new place, without AC in the last * days he is not able to sleep peacefully, so do we parents. But the Reliance customer care is so irresponsible. Please ask Reliance to Refund me the full money on Product +Installation charges and the last * weeks our loss of mental peace compensation.
