I have ordered Equinox Mechanical EQ-BR-**** Personal Weighing Scale on *th November **** as order number #********* . its delivered on *oth November ****. but as i checked it its defective one. so i call the customer care of zotezo.com and raised a ticket. as discussed with customer executive i have shared product picture with them. after * weeks of time i haven't get any update regarding the same. each time am calling customer care they told me like "today we will pickup the product and will refund you in next ** hours" . am calling them * consecutive day for product pickup but no one is properly responding.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
