I had ordered a pair of oneplus bud z from the oneplus website thinking it will be my first order let me place the order from their website directly. I received a defective product and since the day * I have been talking to so many customer care executives and service centers to replace my product. No one helped and and shut me down by saying they cannot do anything as the services are limited. I am so frustrated.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
