I purchased a Facial Pore Cleaner Skin Cleaner - GET RID OF DIRT (BLACKHEADS, WHITEHEADS, DEAD SKIN) × * product from Clove Bay vide order no CB***** on **nd July ****. Product was delivered by a courier boy. When opened the product was non-functional and also did not have a user manual. Besides a battery is required to operate the product however there is no battery slot in the product. Completely cheated by the company.
