BigBasket - Defective product delivered by Bigbasket without doing a quality check

I had placed an order on Bigbasket for product 'BB Home *** Degree Spin Mop Bucket With * Refills * pcs. Unfortunately both the pieces received had manufacturing defect. I approached the customer service no. to complaint about the defective product received and requested them to replace the product. Out of the * pieces * piece was replaced. They refused to replace the *nd piece saying that time for replacing the product has expired. But after writing an email to the customer service (customerservice@bigbasket.com) they agreed to replace the product whenever the pick-up slot would be available. As on date there has been no pick-up arranged and even after constant reminder emails no response from their side. Request you to support in getting the defective product replaced/ refunded.
