Vle Bazaar - Defective Product delivered and No refund issued

I ordered a mouse from the vlebazaar website but instead I was delivered a damaged box with some cheap office mouse with it's wire cut. the company was quick to pick up the order but after multiple calls with the company and various e-mails back and forth I still haven't been refunded after ** days of "Refund in process" status. they keep delaying the refund by saying their refund system is broken, the seller will take time etc. but the fraudulent company doesn't care enough to issue a refund.
