online shopping - Defective product delivered

I am a part of a group in Facebook, and there lots of people do online shopping business. I came in contact with a lady who was selling chiken work Kurtis on cotton online on that group. She shared few pictures of the dress and mentioned that if interested contact me through fb messenger.As mentioned I picked up one colour and communicated with her through fb. She asked me about the size I require, my address, phone number and I shared the same. Then I checked how to do the payment and she updated me few online transaction website IN which I picked *. Then I made her the payment and she told your booking is confirmed you will receive it soon. Then after few days she messaged me back that your product is delivered,which initially I was not aware but by checking with my family I reconfirmed her the same. When I came back from office and checked the product I was shocked. The front look of the dress is good but back side the product is faded. While opening the product I was taking a video. I shared her the same video. But now she is telling me she cannot change it and her company is not ready to take back the product. I am surprised that I got it from her I made the payment to her and now where from 'her company' comes into the picture. She is not ready to change the product nor to give my money back. It's a case of cheating your costumer.
