I placed an order of Chumbak brand cups ‘set of * cups’ from Myntra. They delivered the product with * broken cup in packet. I saw the product and immediately placed a return request. But now Myntra is not ready to return the product saying it failed quality check. I raised the issue with Myntra customer care team but they are not helping. Everytime I raise an issue they just close it without providing any solution. Product worth rupees ****. It seems like Myntra is looting their customers, that is why I am raising this complaint against Myntra.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
