Purchased an electric voltage stabilizer product on **/may/****. On ** may **** I received the product . While doing electric terminal connections the screws was rusted ( as shown in picture) and after turning the voltage stabilzer On, the main stabilzer MCB keeps tripping(may be short cercuit) , Its not turning on. The problem is inside the voltage stabilzer. Regarding this issue I raised the return request On ** may ****, next day it got rejected. As I paid the full amount the new product. And received the defective and rusted product. I raised return / replacement request to Moglix they told me that please contact the microtek customer care after that I contacted them ,they told me that its under warranty we will arrange for the product repair. Which they told me that we will repair it. That's not fair. If I paid for the new product then I must get the new fully functional product.As I paid for the new product, In return I got the defective and rusted rusted. As I paid full amount to moglix, then the Moglix should send the new and fully functional product. They keep rejecting the return request.Why should I contact the microtek. As I paid the amount to moglix. They should take the full responsbility of the product at the time of delivery. I request you to please accept my return/replacement request. Thank you
