Metro Shoes Ltd - Defective product and bad customer service

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to let you know I'm very disappointed with the recent purchase of slippers from your store in Nexus Mall (Fourm mall) Koramangala mall Banglore. Despite having used them for only a month, they have developed significant defects that have made them unusable.

As someone who values comfort and quality, I am heartbroken to see such poor performance from a product I had high hopes for. These slippers were meant to provide me with the comfort and support needed after a long day, but instead, they have left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

I am attaching a PDF with pictures of the defective slippers, as well as the bill of purchase for your reference.

Given the circumstances, I kindly request a replacement pair of slippers of the same value. I have always trusted your brand for quality products, and I hope this experience does not change my perception.
